It’s been over a 12 months since Microsoft shut down the Xbox 360’s digital retailer, successfully placing the ultimate nail within the beloved console’s coffin. Whereas it’s a disgrace that the decades-old console’s market is gone, it doesn’t take away from the Xbox 360’s legacy as a popular, innovative, and weird machine that paved the way in which for the present period of gaming.
For higher and for worse, when Microsoft’s Xbox 360 launched in 2005 it modified video video games ceaselessly. And now looks like an ideal time to have a look again at the perfect and worst elements of its run.
